Is there a free trial?
Yes — new accounts include a 14-day free trial on the Solo Driver plan. No credit card required to start.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What’s included in the ERS238 hardware?
The ERETHELD ERS238 device is available separately through our hardware partners. The subscription covers software access, cloud storage, and compliance features. Contact us at info@eretheld.com for hardware pricing.
Do I need one subscription per truck or per driver?
Subscriptions are per driver. If one driver operates multiple trucks, they need one subscription. If multiple drivers share one truck (team driving), each driver needs their own subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. Contact info@eretheld.com for invoicing options.
