Is there a setup fee or activation fee?

No setup fees, no activation fees, no contracts. You pay $200 once for the device and then your monthly plan. Cancel any time with no penalty.

What is the minimum commitment for Fleet pricing?

The Fleet plan at $15/vehicle/month requires a minimum of 5 vehicles on the account. If you have fewer than 5, the Starter plan at $20/vehicle/month applies.

Does the driver portal work on all phones?

Yes. The ERETH driver portal is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on any smartphone with a modern browser — iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and others. No app store required.

Can I use ERETH ELD for DOT roadside inspections?

Yes. The driver app includes a dedicated DOT Inspection Mode that transfers HOS logs wirelessly or via USB output as required by 49 CFR Part 395.15.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You have 60 days after cancellation to export your ELD logs in CSV or PDF format. FMCSA requires carriers to retain logs for 6 months — we keep them available during that window.

Is ERETH ELD on the FMCSA registered list?

Yes. ERS238 is a registered ELD on the FMCSA database. You can verify at eld.fmcsa.dot.gov/list. Search for device identifier ERS238.

Does ERETH support IFTA reporting?

Yes. Fleet and Enterprise plans include automated IFTA mileage tracking by state and jurisdiction, exportable as a PDF report for each quarter.

Can I manage multiple carriers or companies?

Yes. The admin panel supports multiple carrier accounts under a single login. Each carrier has isolated driver, vehicle, and HOS log records. Enterprise plans add full multi-tenant isolation.
